This residence in Buena Vista presents a contemporary composition that integrates a main home with a detached casita, unified through a consistent architectural language of clean geometry, natural stone, and expansive glazing. The design embraces layered volumes and deep overhangs, balancing openness with privacy. A palette of coral stone, crisp stucco, and dark metal accents establishes both warmth and refinement, while terraces and balconies extend the living experience outward.

The main house is anchored by an open-concept ground floor where kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly to the pool deck and covered lounge. Floor-to-ceiling glass maximizes light and views, allowing the interiors to flow naturally into the outdoor entertainment spaces. The upper level introduces private bedrooms with trellised balconies and shaded terraces, providing moments of retreat while maintaining connection to the landscape. A backyard casita with its own kitchen and living area enhances flexibility, offering space for guests, extended family, or independent living.

Inside, the home is defined by a restrained modern aesthetic.
