This project is a contemporary single-family residence located on a corner lot in Buenavista. We led the project from conceptual design through development and construction, with a focus on clean modern forms and refined material expression.
The ground floor features a spacious, open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas to the outdoor entertainment space, complete with a covered lounge and a private pool. The second level includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each designed to maximize natural light and privacy.
The exterior design is defined by a minimalist geometry and a sophisticated palette of materials — light coral stone, crisp white stucco, and a deep gray volume that anchors the structure. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and a linear balcony provide sweeping views of the landscape, enhancing the home’s indoor-outdoor experience.
